The Aga Khan beautifully bred unraced 3YO filly Balyouna made a wining debut over 2200m at Chantilly on Monday.

Trained by Alain de Royer-Dupre, Baiyouna is by former champion Sea The Stars from Balankiya, a Darshaan mare who is the dam of G1 winner Bayrir and is now high in the markets for the G1 Prix de Diane.

Her win was followed by the win of the Freddie Head-trained filly Terrakova (Galileo-Goldikova by Anabaa) at Saint Cloud in the G3 Cleopatra Stakes over 2100m on Tuesday where she kept her unbeaten record at her second start.

Terrakova won on debut by 3.5-lengths over 1800m last November and she also is now a big show for the Prix de Diane (French Oaks).

She is the second foal of her illustrious dam Goldikova who won an incredible 14 G1 races including the G1 Breeders Cup Mile three times and was Champion Older Horse in Europe.

Goldikova was trained by Head and finished third in the Prix de Diane.
