Prince Warrior from the Matthew Dale yard looks well placed at Queanbeyan today on the back of a good last start run at Canberra.

The five-year-old will line up in the Carlton Mid Open Handicap (1460m) and has form in tougher company this time in.
Prince Warrior has won his only time at this course and over this distance and the Matthew Dale yard has been in good form of late, with Brendan Ward to go back on board.
Dropped back in grade to finish third at Canberra last start and looks well placed in this company. Likely to lead from barrier 1 and will take plenty of catching.
Not far away in the Orange Cup two starts back before a disappointing run at Canberra last start. Best form rates well here however and with the 3kg claim must be respected.
Resumed well enough when fourth at this course last start and steps up in trip for this. Good second up record and must be considered a chance in this.
Beat just the two runners home in a good race at Wagga last start after placing in easier company two back. Place claims appear best here.
Didn't inspire last start beaten 5.2L at Canberra. Hard to have, even in this line up. Minor claims.Only moderate at Sapphire Coast last start and despite drawing well here has not shown enough in recent times to be winning this.
Back in trip last time and didn't impress at this track. Doubt she will offer up too much of a challenge to the top few today.
