Cesarewitch winner Big Easy will have his next run at Cheltenham's Paddy Power Open meeting in November.
Trained by Philip Hobbs, the seven-year-old gave owner Terry Warner a second victory in the major Flat handicap at Newmarket after Detroit City had taken the spoils in 2006.
Big Easy has only had one run over hurdles since winning at Cheltenham in April 2013 and will be able to run off the same handicap mark at which he was successful.
"The plan now is to go for a three-mile handicap hurdle at the Paddy Power meeting," said the Minehead trainer, who has started the new National Hunt season in great form.
