This went to Moon Dice at 20/1, with Fosters Cross, who won on Tuesday, back again and running second at 12/1.
There's a lot to be said for backing up winners when they have a run within a week and so it proved
yesterday. Dirar came third and The Real Article fourth. Captain Cee Bee and Hidden Universe failed toimpress.
Friday's highlight is the Guiness Handicap for 3y+ over 2400 and has a field of 18 at this stage. Leceile is
up in weight following a recent win - trained by Noel Meade he will be ridden by young Joseph O'Brien, who rode the winner of this race last year. Cnocandam is 7/2, John Oxx has two runners Celendine which
Johnny Murtagh will ride who is 8/1 and the promising but inexperienced Dawariya at 12/1. Interestingrunner and not to be ignored is Honey of a Kitten at 14/1, trained by Dermot Weld for the Ramsays, the
famous American breeders Ken and Sarah.
