Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Grafton, Newcastle, Warrnambool, Sunshine Coast, Clare and Pinjarra.

GRAFTON: RACE 6 @ 4:30 PM

AGED CARE (5) started favourite and while beaten he hit the line nicely into third at Newcastle. Fitter for that and drawn well and looks very hard to beat. ENHANCE (7) has been placed in three runs this time in and first start for new trainer since a second at Wyong a month ago. Keep safe. ENUFF PILLS (10) is racing well of late and in the small field will have the chance to make an impact. MAGIC LEPRECHAUN (3) is next best then BLACK ASSASSIN (6).
SELECTIONS: Aged Care to win.

NEWCASTLE: RACE 3 @ 1:15 AM

KOTAISHI (1) big drop in grade today and has his hoof on the till fourth-up. Taken to the front and nailed late when a neck second over 1550m at Canterbury on November 15. Cross-over nose band goes on and no excuses from the low draw. EXISTENTIAL BOB (17) hit the line with plenty of intent on resumption when a game third over 1500m at Kembla Grange on November 16. Should have come on further since and will be attacking the line late. BLEND OF THREE (2) resumed in good order over 1300m here and looks to be crying out for more ground. He seemed to handle the soft conditions here last start and the 3kg claim comes in handy. Comes into this on the fresh side and can feature. LULO LINK (19) disappointed at Hawkesbury last start where she was a $6 chance following a good effort on resumption. Out in trip now can suit and she can bounce back.
SELECTIONS: Kotaishi to win.

WARRNAMBOOL: RACE 7 @ 4:10 PM

A good contest. MAJOR SHARE (2) resumes off a near miss in a Caulfield Open 3 and the promising galloper has won 2/2 first-up. He will be naturally improved and will race forward. The one they have to beat. BRITISH ANGEL (4) resumed with a 1.2L defeat at The Valley and then was out-graded in a Group 3 at Caulfield. Fitter again and has more up her sleeve. John Allen goes on and will use an inside gate. RIVKIN (1) rates similarly on the 0.8L defeat at Caulfield Heath. The 2kg claim is handy and he will likely run them along and give a big sight.
SELECTIONS: Backing Major Share.

SUNSHINE COAST: RACE 5 @ 4:15 PM

WANDA'S OUTLAW (9) has strung two wins together on the bounce and it's hard to ignore mares in form. This isn't much tougher than he most recent win at this track and trip where she was far too good. Can handle the slight rise in class and land the knockout blow. THESECONDATPORTSEA (4) has won over this course and distance and can feature if she brings her A-game. Her wet form is a big tick in this race and she's the main danger. INDY ROSE WARRIOR (7) should be around the mark as she steps out to this trip again today.
SELECTIONS: Wanda's Outlaw gets the nod.

CLARE: RACE 7 @ 3:50 AM

CHARLESFORT (4) has returned in good order this prep with two close finishes. Peaking now and is drawn softly. The one to beat. MR WHITACRE (9) was a dominant winner two back at Penola in what has proven a hot form race. Not as effective last start Gawler but no reason he can't bounce back sharply here. WILLASTON (2) hasn't threatened in his last two but is better than those runs suggests. Kept on the fresh side for this with a 29-day break and can give this a good shake on best form. A THOUSAND DEGREES (7) couldn't bring up the hat-trick last start when finishing midfield at Port Lincoln but deserves respect on prior form.
SELECTIONS: Charlesfort to win.

PINJARRA: RACE 7 @ 7:20 PM

JUST SAINT JAMES (4) is knocking on the door this campaign, bumping into a smart one at Belmont most recently. He's drawn ideally for the straight course out wider and he still has plenty of upside. Should be reaching his top now after only 1 trial coming into this and he looks the one to beat. MAGNASONIC (3) comes into this first-up with two trials under his belt, with Chris Parnham riding him in both of those. He does tend to get back in his runs, but his best form is good enough to be right in the finish of this. BUTTERFLY HOUSE (7) has held her form since winning three starts ago, finishing just 0.9L off the winner at Belmont last start. That form has already been franked and she has enough speed to get across to the outside from gate 1. Live chance in this event. CHEEKY CHARLOTTE (10) will be up on the speed for a very long way. LOST GRAVITY (2) has never missed the placings at this track and trip and has to be included.
SELECTIONS: Keen on Just Saint James.
