The Listed Rosebud headlines a good card at Rosehill in Sydney.

We see a host of progressive types kicking off their springs campaigns on an improving surface with the rail in the true position.

Anticipating the Godolphin yard to have a big day as they are well represented across four of the races, with genuine winning prospects. Chief amongst them is our best of the day, Tom Kitten, who goes around in Race 8, over the 1400m first-up.

The Harry Angel four-year-old failed to live up to expectations in Group company last time in and has had the ultimate gear change as he returns a gelding. With wins ranging from 1300m to 2000m over his career, expect to see him more dynamic and genuine as he kicks-off his four-year-old season.

Recently fitted with two very sharp barrier trials, don't be surprised to see him prove too strong for his opposition from the inside gate, with James Mcdonald to ride.

The next best comes up in Race 6, over the 1100m, in the Rosebud with the Peter Snowden trained High Octane.

This colt had a mixed Blue Diamond campaign last preparation, after racing against some of he best two-year-olds in the country.

High Octane looks to have developed and matured over the break, as was evident with his two searching trials in readiness for his first-up assignment. Tommy Berry rides from the good draw and he maps to get every chance at the good each way odds.
