The Daniel Morton trained Hazzabeel couldn't have been more impressive last start and appears poised to notch up the hat-trick in the final event at Belmont on Saturday.

A winner of four of his five career starts, the son of Zabeel has displayed plenty of ability in his short career to date and has continued to raise the bar.

Forced to travel wide throughout, Hazzabeel showed a great tenacity to win and should only improve further up to the mile.

While stepping up sharply in grade, he appears very well placed using Timeform weight adjusted ratings in what can only be described as a pretty thin affair.

As much as 6-4 was bet about his chances early doors with even money currently the best on offer.

If priced aggressively using predictive ratings we can get him as short as $1.60 and are more than happy to take the price on offer.

The very much in-form Lucy Warwick links aboard for the first time and while drawn awkwardly, there looks to be little speed engaged and he should be able to roll forward and either lead or box-seat.

He remains one of the more promising stayers currently in WA and it's very hard to see him taking a backwards step on Saturday.

Unbeaten at Belmont from two attempts, the hat-trick appears well within his grasp.

The Vernon Brockman trained Hobart Jones was unable to salute last preparation, but continued to race in good order and is a big watch fresh in the fourth event.

A winner of three of his nine career starts, he has displayed good ability and notably has only missed the money once.

Both Group 2 and Group 3 placed he is clearly talented and notably is unbeaten in his sole attempt over 1000m.

Yet to miss the money in three first up attempts, Hobart Jones is extremely well placed at the weights and has drawn to receive all the favours on the inside.

Currently installed a 5-1 chance appears great value as we have him marked half that price and if able to perform up to his best, he should prove hard to beat.
