We’re taking two mares as the ones to back on the Parks track on Saturday.
Have to totally forgive the run of Trupt last week.
She was well supported into favourite coming off her slashing run in the Listed Lightning Stakes in July and from an inside gate showed no speed.
Shuffled back to last she went for the inside and is still trying to get out. That won’t be happening from this draw.
Hoping Todd Pannell can just ease her out around the bend and unleash her sprint which has seen her win twice doing that.
In the final race, Phillip Stokes saddles up a four year old who runs at the same track where she had success three weeks back.
Sagapuss sat on the back of the speed and was allowed to slide into it on the turn.
She quickly put them away and held on well. Always good to have experience on this track and winning on it also helps.
Early speed can get her over from the gate quickly and this race is no harder than the last one.
