Adelaide has had plenty of soft tracks and this one might not be much different for the first Saturday of the season.
Even though he is coming off his maiden hurdle debut, which was a winning one, Glorious Sinndar can win back on the flat too.
He is essentially meeting a field of current and future jumpers and he had won the Andrew Ramsden before that so his class stacks up.
Of those with any sort of flat ability, he is not giving away that much weight.
This is likely a nice pipe-opener for further hurdle starts at the end of the jumping season but given that he has been winning, he just has to maintain the form.
In acknowledging this horse tries the patience, Sooboog can run a race in the Spring Stakes.
Of course he teases but we are thinking at a nice quote, he can sit back and hit the line much like he did in the Euclase Stakes.
That day he missed away but took splits off an inside draw. This will set up similarly but he might just have the last crack at them.
Obviously he’s an each way go as he rarely wins but he is good enough if he wants to be.
