We head to the Gold Coast for the metro meeting this week on a huge ten race card.
Sydney horses have been going well invading Brisbane Saturday races and Shock Alert is another we think can be added to that list after the weekend.
He only won a four horse Class 3 at Kembla but did it in some style. Being by Shocking he will only love another furlong.
From this start he gets a lovely run all the way off this draw and it is no drawback having Jeff Lloyd aboard.
Prepared to take the odds on offer at the moment because he may well shorten.
Can easily speck Sir Donald first up in the last race.
His resuming record is excellent and can handle the sting out of the ground.
From this barrier, he can get a sweet run all the way right behind the speed and that always helps in short course races around this tight circuit.
The four year old is two from two here as well.
