The Michael Lane trained Top Of The Class is racing in great order this time in and appears well placed to break through for a deserved win in the seventh event at Ascot.

A winner of two of her 11 starts, Top Of The Class really caught the eye behind Settlers Creek last start when finishing a close second.

Working home strongly from the rear, Top Of The Class was a sectional star and the booking of Pike appears key.

Top Of The Class returned a new career peak two back when a narrow third behind Celebrity Dream and certainly gets her chance down in the weights.

Although likely to again get back from the draw, trust in the Wizard to weave some magic in the straight.

As much as 5/2 is being offered about her chances which appears a more than worthy gamble as we have her marked a 7/4 chance.

A decent edge on the market and with a bit of luck, Top Of The Class should prove very hard to beat.

The Adam Durrant trained Flash Of Thunder displayed above average ability when winning on debut at Bunbury and appears more than capable of taking that next step on Saturday.

Due to contest the third event, Flash Of Thunder has been scratched twice in the lead up, both when hard in the market.

The 27 days between runs should suit and he appears a great each way bet at his current odds (7-1).

Lines up against a few talented types, but he too has his fair share of talent and should prove hard to get past in the straight.
