Some young horses are the ones to focus on this week in Adelaide.
In the two year old, we are taking the debutant to beat all the raced rivals in the shape of Vietti.
This filly by I Am Invincible has had two trials before making her debut with the most recent being highly impressive. She sat off the leader and rounded it up under a strong hold.
Only one of the opposition has won a race so she isn’t meeting a line-up of well credentialed runners.
The stable has had a great season producing juveniles of good quality and wondering if this filly is being aimed at the Lightning Stakes next month.
Jamie Kah can give her every chance off a lovely gate.
Later in the day, we are giving another Tony McEvoy horse a chance to rebound after starting favourite in recent Melbourne outings.
Silvera gets his best chance to stay a bit since he went around in Prized Icon’s Victoria Derby.
By High Chaparral, you have to think that will only help him now. From this draw, he will get a sweet run all the way again for Jamie Kah.
While running seventh, he was only a length away and is not meeting a strong line up.
