Authoritarian wins 2015 Vrc St Leger Listed $200,000 at Flemington (VIC) 3yo, 2800m.
A strong staying performance by Authoritarian who led throughout setting a good pace in the soft conditions. He travelled best on cornering for home, staying closer to the flat side rail before being taken to the centre of the track. He galloped on strongly the whole way to the line proving far the superior stayer.
Cuban Fighter enjoyed a nice run in the race third on the fence following the leader. He stayed on gamely in the straight grabbing second right on the line.
