Apprentice Ben Vassallo has a broken ankle following his spill from Skateboard while Hidden Gem has joined the injured list in the aftermath of racing at Warwick Farm on Saturday.
Skateboard veered left and put on a buck jumping display shortly after the start of the last race at Warwick Farm on Saturday and Vassallo landed on the ground.
The horse's trainer Guy Walter, who is also Vassallo's boss, said the horse had pulled up well apart from some soreness to his off side knee and the intention was to run him in a barrier trial next week.
X-rays on the David Vandyke-trained Hidden Gem detected a fractured splint bone after the horse pulled up lame in the near foreleg after finishing eighth in the same race.
Tiger Tees was also found to have suffered a leg injury following his second to Dystopia who set a 1300m course record.
