Sha Tin Racecourse (Chinese: 沙田馬場) is one of the two racecourses for horse racing in Hong Kong 香港. It is located in Sha Tin in the New Territories 新界. It is managed by Hong Kong Jockey Club 香港賽馬會. It is the main course with a 400m straight and a long back straight to accomodate races down to 1200m. International day in November is one of the great global racing events each year.
