Today's cross-meeting BIG6 on the NSW TAB paid a big $245,519.90.

The six-figure result came up despite three of the six legs containing well-backed winners in Mid Summer Music, Foreteller and Stratford.

Mid Summer Music was heavily supported to win the opening leg of the BIG6 (race 6 at Caulfield), and dually saluted while Foreteller was backed in early markets and was effortless winner of leg 2 (race 6 at Rosehill).

Stratford (leg 4, race 7 at Rosehill) was a short-priced favourite also with the value in the BIG6 coming in the shape of Procida (leg 3, race 7 at Caulfield) which won paying upwards of $20.

Mr Griswold was given a good chance in leg 5 (race 8 at Caulfield) and won paying $7.80, while Nice And Neat, saluting in leg 6 (race 8 at Rosehill) hugged the rails all the way and paid $11.40.
