Good win 1st up down in grade and now steps back up and finds himself in a tougher race. Obviously talented, but 2nd up now off the win, I feel he may have been better suited rising in trip above the 1200m given his best form was over more ground last prep. He also maps to find himself back in the field and if he is lacking that turn of foot 2nd up, he may be needing to do a lot of work late.
Moonee Valley: Race 1; #8 Divine Thoughts
Needs to replicate her last start effort against some well setup mares who won't give her an easy time given how one dimensional she is. Also getting very deep into her prep.
