Group 1 winner is listed on Gavelhouse.com. Recently retired Zabeel Classic (Group 1) winner Consensus has been listed for sale on Gavelhouse.com. The daughter of Postponed is in foal to Haunui Farm shuttler Iffraaj on a 9 September cover. 

Trained by Stephen McKee, Consenus' racing career spanned six seasons and included 11 victories, 6 of those at stakes level. Highlights included victories in the Zabeel Classic at Ellerslie and the Sunline Stakes (Group 2) at Moonee Valley and she was also Group 1 placed on 3 occasions.

McKee was full of praise for the mare, who is out of the Cape Cross mare Kate Cross, and believes she will be an excellent addition to commercial broodmare bands.

"She has been a pleasure to have in the stable over the years, she's got a fantastic temperament and is just a lovely mare to do anything with," he said.

"She's been on countless trips away and is really well put together which is obviously why she has been able to race over so many seasons.

"She's very, very sound for an older mare."

Featuring 31 lots in total, the auction is set to close from 7pm on Monday.
