Magic Millions conducts breezes on Gold Coast ahead of sale.
A colt by Widden Stud-based sire Outreach (Exceed And Excel) clocked the quickest time of the day at the Gold Coast breeze-ups on Tuesday leading into next month's Magic Millions Gold Coast 2YOs in Training Sale.
Consigned by Kenmore Lodge and catalogued as Lot 96, and he clocked a slick 10.28 seconds the 200 metre gallop.
The third foal of the twice winning mare Ablackahawka (Black Hawk) and hails from the family of 2006 The Galaxy (Gr 1, 1100m) winner Proprietor (Belong To Me)
Symphony Lodge supplied the next three fastest of the day, headed by a colt by Lyndhurst Farm-based sire Better Than Ready (More Than Ready), who breezed in a time of 10.33 seconds.
Catalogued as Lot 59, the colt is out of five time-winning Dane Shadow (Danehill) mare Shadows 'n' Stars, who has already produced one winner.
Shadows 'n' Stars herself is a daughter of Even Star (Success Express), who is herself a sister to Listed scorer Mithrandir, while she is also a half-sister to stakes-placed duo Sectagonal (Octagonal) and Cullen Castle (Danewin).
The fourth and final breeze up session will be held at the Gold Coast Turf Club on the eve of the sale on November 6.
