Two shares in Golden Slipper Stakes (Gr 1, 1200m)-producing Newgate Farm-based stallion Extreme Choice (Not A Single Doubt) are set to be offered at the Inglis Chairman's Sale on May 7 at the Riverside Stables, while three additional mares have also been added to the catalogue as wildcards.

The son of Not A Single Doubt (Redoute’s Choice) has sired five winners in his first crop headed by Golden Slipper winner Stay Inside and due to his well-documented fertility issues Newgate Farm has chosen to stand him at a private fee for the 2021 season.

Among the three mares entered as wildcards is dual winner Veravarti (O’Reilly), who will be offered by Yarraman Park Stud as Lot 63 in foal to Arrowfield Stud-based sire Snitzel (Redoute’s Choice).

The mare is out of Listed winner Vedodara (Kreisler), making her a half-sister to Group 1 winner Sharvasti (Montjeu), Group 3-winning Shastri (Stravinsky) and Bhandara (Zabeel).

Meanwhile, Willow Park Stud will offer Group 3 winner Serious Satire (More Than Ready), who has been catalogued as Lot 64

The daughter of More Than Ready (Southern Halo) - who is also being offered in foal to Snitzel - is out of Group 2 winner Zarzuela (Zabeel), who is herself a daughter of Group 1 winner Star Satire (Volksraad).

Star Satire is also the dam of Group 2 scorer Satin Shoes (Flying Spur) - the dam of juvenile Listed winner Satin Slipper (Pierro).

Serious Satire has had three foals, a two-year-old colt by Exceed And Excel (Danehill), a yearling filly by Russian Revolution (Snitzel) and a weanling filly by Merchant Navy (Fastnet Rock). The Exceed And Excel colt sold for $760,000 at last year's Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale.

The trio of wildcard mares is completed by Group 3 winner Macroura (Snitzel), who will be offered by Segenhoe Stud as Lot 65.

Macroura herself is half-sister to Group 1 winner Vosne Romanee (Electronic Zone), while this is also the same pedigree as Group 2 winner Hear That Bell (Ring That Bell).

They join the likes of Group 1 winners Pippie (Written Tycoon), Nettoyer (Sebring), Celebrity Queen (Redoute’s Choice), In Her Time (Time Thief), El Dorado Dreaming (Ilovethiscity) and Danzdanzdance (Mastercraftsman).
