Saturday's impressive Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Classic (10f) winner Flightline (Tapit) has run his last race and will stand at Lane's End Farm in Kentucky in 2023. A fee will be announced at a later date.

Trained by John Sadler, Flightline raced six times. His first stakes victory came in the Grade 1 Malibu Stakes (7f) as a three-year-old last December and at four this year he added the Metropolitan Handicap (8f) in June, the Pacific Classic (10f) in September before he pulled eight and a half lengths clear of Olympiad (Speightstown) in Saturay's Breeders' Cup Classic.
