2.5% fractional interest sells for $4.6 million at Keeneland
A 2.5 per cent fractional interest in undefeated colt Flightline (Tapit) sold at Keeneland on Monday lunchtime for $4.6 million to Fred Seitz of Brookdale Farm.
Flightline was the impressive eight and a quarter length winner of Saturday's Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Classic (10f), his sixth victory, and it was later announced that the colt had run his last race and has been retired to Lane's End Farm in Kentucky.
