1.   Who is (are) your pick of the colts and why?
Lot 101 the Hinchinbrook (Fastnet Rock) colt from Dilemmas (Lonhro). This colt oozes class, he is by a stallion who has produced Group 1 winners and who has contenders for the hottest two-year-old races in Australia this year. He is also the half-brother to seven-time winner Morton's Fork (Ad Valorem) who has earned close to $850,000 in prize-money. He has thrived on the increased intensity towards the end of his preparation and you can see the results.

2.   Who is (are) your pick of the fillies and why?
Lot 48, the Dissident (Sebring) filly from Fastnet Rock (Danehill) mare Celtic Sea. Her brother Celtic Rebel has performed very well for the Tony and Calvin McEvoy stable. This filly is a ready made racehorse who has not put a foot wrong the whole time she had been with us.

3.   Who do you feel has improved most over the prep?
I would have to say Lot 231, the Shooting To Win (Northern Meteor) filly. She is exactly what you would like to see from this mating, a speedball who despite her November birth date does not let her size dictate her pecking order in the group. She has really developed in the last month of preparation.

4.   How do you feel the 2020 sale will measure compared to previous renewals?
I think the Classic sale will be very successful. Inglis and their team get the formula right with the physical types they select along with the pedigree potential.

5.   What is the thing you like most about the Classic sale?
The results on the track speak for themselves you just have to look at the long list of stakes winning graduates bought for reasonable sums. Also with the extra incentive of the $2 million Inglis Millennium for two-year-olds why wouldn't you want to buy a Classic yearling?
