A half brother to Saturday's Sydney stakes winner Bank Robber is set to go under the hammer at the upcoming Magic Millions Horses in Training Sale on the Gold Coast.
The two-year-old half brother to the Gai Waterhouse trained star is one of 477 exciting racetrack prospects set for the auction which will be held from October 28-31.
A chestnut gelding by Distant Melody's sire Distant Music, the two-year-old is catalogued as lot number 228 for Australia's premier breeze up style auction.
Bank Robber, by Magic Millions graduate Dash for Cash, made it four wins from five starts when he held out highly regarded performer Hoystar in the listed Show County Handicap at Warwick Farm on Saturday.
Connections have said Bank Robber will be heading to the Group One Epsom Handicap.
Ironically the dam of the gelding catalogued, and that of Bank Robber, is a winning half sister to Group Two winner and triple Group One runner-up Ponton Flyer.
Ponton Flyer is the dam of Minnesota Shark - a brilliant winner of Saturday's listed Essendon Nissan Stakes at Moonee Valley.
Prepared by Tommy Hughes at Flemington, Minnesota Shark is being aimed at both the Group One Caulfield Guineas and Victoria Derby.
