Racing and Sports finds the best-backed runners in early betting on Monday’s meeting at Quirindi.

Hammoon Bridge (Race 1) is a warm favourite at $2.70 having firmed the best part of a point this morning. She ran a good third when resuming having placed three times in a row before the spell and should be fitter second up.

Sapience (Race 6) has more than halved his opening quote to $3.80 after firming close to five points. He has placed at three of his last five starts and looks suited having won at this course and distance before.

Torio's Delight (Race 7) opened at double figure odds but remains at each way value at $5.50 having shortened six-and-a-half points. The gelding has his second run back from a spell and has race well second up before.

Sister Joy (Race 9) is another to have halved her opening quot so could be worth an each way ticket at $7.50. She has run fourth at both runs this time in and could be ready to peak third up.
