Progressive galloper My Dreamliner drops back sharply in grade and appears well placed to return to the winner's stall at Singapore this evening.

Due to contest the final event, My Dreamliner tasted his first defeat when finishing a close fourth behind the talented Nimble last start.

Attempting to lead throughout, he stuck on well to the line and clearly bumped into a few handy types.

Stepping out at just his fourth start, My Dreamliner couldn't have been more impressive first up when spacing his rivals at this course and distance.

Ridden by apprentice Rosman Iskander, My Dreamliner gave his rivals little chance, when leading throughout to score by 5.8L.

He ran good time and was able to take that form to 1200m, when game in defeat last start.

Rated 84 by Timeform, he appears very well placed back in Class 4 company, especially with the added aid of the claim.

From the inside draw he is expected to take up the running and is sure to give them all something to run down.

As a three-year-old it's never easy giving weight away to the older horses, however he is a good talent and appears more than capable.

The Mark Walker trained Fulife King has displayed good ability in nine starts to this point and looms as a major threat fresh.

Holding his own in Class 3 company last preparation, he too should appreciate the drop back in grade and has trialled well in the lead up.

From the middle draw he shouldn't be far away and is expected to make his presence felt.

Last start winner Ottawa also holds solid claims if able to replicate his last start performance.

Trained by James Peters, he has placed in three of six attempts over this trip and has to be included on the quick back up.

Of the rest the KS Tan trained Glengallon appears the next best in his return.
