With the Vincennes Winter Meeting drawing to a close, this weekend's fixture takes place on Saturday with the G1 Prix de Sélection (2200m) as the feature race. We look at the past decade and how the winners progressed…

With four-year-olds receiving a 25-metre advantage at the start, it is unsurprising that the younger generation have dominated in the past decade with eight four-year-olds gaining success since 2010. This race has been used as a stepping-stone to the main target for the age group in Spring, the G1 Criterium des 4 Ans (2850m).

This year, Face Time Bourbon will bid for a third consecutive victory in this Group One, a feat not achieved since 1966.

Ready Cash may have only been able to finish runner-up in the race in 2009 but as a stallion he has produced three winners with Face Time Bourbon on two occasions, and Bold Eagle in 2015.

Horses completing the Grand Prix d'Amérique and Prix de Sélection double in the same Winter (highlighted in blue) are a rare occurrence, with only one horse achieving that accolade in the last ten years that being Face Time Bourbon in 2020.
