The chestnut enjoyed a fantastic campaign as a three-year-old, winning the St Leger at Doncaster before supplementing that Classic success when heading Stateside.

Among his possible rivals in the 10-furlong heat are Michael Bell's Allied Powers and Godolphin inmate Campanologist. John Gosden could be represented by the consistent Pipedreamer, while Blue Monday, Ordnance Row, Scintillo and Staying On are other interesting contenders.

Fiulin will attempt to redeem his reputation in the Blue Square Henry II Stakes at Sandown following a below-par run at York last week.

Trainer Marco Botti said: "We were disappointed. We were saying before the race we were hoping for some rain but in the end the horse did not handle the very soft ground, he's a big horse.

"John Egan said after the race the horse struggled on the ground. We have not written him off yet and have to give him another chance so we are going to run him next week at Sandown.

"He has come out of York in good order and has taken the race well so we can draw a line on that race and move on. We can't find anything wrong with him."

The 10 entries for the Group Two over an extended two miles are headed by the Sir Michael Stoute-trained Patkai, who made an impressive reappearance in the Sagaro Stakes at Ascot.

Jamie Osborne's popular stayer Geordieland is a possible while Barry Hills has put in both Tastahil and Chester Cup winner Daraahem.

The list is completed by the 2006 winner Tungsten Strike, Bulwark, Friston Forest, Gravitation and Viper.
