Jockey Kevin Stott remained unbeaten on day two of the Newmarket July festival as Live Your Dream completed a memorable 440/1 treble for the rider by taking out the bet365 Trophy.

Torcello took them along for much of the contest before fading out of contention with the eventual winner Live Your Dream positioned towards the middle of the pack. Kevin Stott asked his mount to improve with three furlongs to run and the Godolphin-owned gelding duly obliged as the pair picked up the running approaching the two marker. Jamie Spencer looked to be travelling ominously well onboard Kihavah, but Live Your Dream continued to find plenty for pressure deep inside the final furlong and eventually ran out a ready one and three-quarter length winner.

Live Your Dream was sent off the 5/2 market leader to complete a double in the contest having landed the 2021 renewal off a 10lb lower mark. Saeed Bin Suroor's runner arrived in good form following a solid third-place finish in the Duke Of Edinburgh Stakes at Royal Ascot and looks to be progressive in staying handicaps following today's fourth career success.

Kevin Stott told ITV Racing: "He ran a really good race last time and was up in trip today. We knew he liked it here and he has won it a little bit easy to be honest.

"I have had a treble before but obviously this is brilliant. Saeed (bin Suroor, trainer) has been very good to me since I was an apprentice and to ride him nice winners is really nice for me personally. He has always been a good supporter of mine and is an absolute gentleman. I am really happy and really happy for Saeed."

Successful trainer Saeed bin Suroor said: "Today he won well. We are happy with the way he ran, and we will now take him to York for the Ebor. He will need an easy time as he has had three hard races but so far physically, he looks very good.

"He had two good runs coming into the race. After last time we thought maybe one mile six is the best trip for him and that distance was clearly better for him today. For him to go to Australia we need to see how he runs in the Ebor first. It is something that could be on the back of the mind."

Paddy Power trimmed the winner from 16/1 to 14/1 for Ebor glory on the Knavesmire next month.
