The Burj Khalifa Challenge Stakes G2 for the 3yo+ group starts off an interesting card at Newmarket on Saturday.

The 1400m race has Strong Suit for the Richards at evens, the very consistent Chachamaidee at 9/4 and

Maqaasi at 7/1.

That will be followed by the Middle Park Stakes G1 for 2yos over 1200, with 16 of them expected to run.

Family One is 10/3, but we rather fancy Caspar Netscher at 9/2 and Bapak Chinta is 5/1.

The Dewhurst G1 for 2yos over 1400 is a race Frankel won in 2010. This year's edition has Power at 5/2,

Bronterre at 3/1 and Ektihaam 4/1.

The Cesarewitch is one of those legendary handicaps which is a last flutter for the flat race season. It's

over 3600m and has a full field of 34 to run. Veiled is at 13/2, Tuscan Gold 7/1, Keys 15/2, course and

distance winner Cosimo de Medici 10/1 and there are several on 14/1 of which we like Beyond best.
