Rocket Man will have his prep race for the Dubai trip at Kranji on Sunday.

He had a trial on Tuesday which he won in a cracking time, and should win the Kraji A Stakes, race 10, over 1200 on the polytrack. His competition includes Mr Timely, who put in a nice bit of work with his second place on return from a short break, Dr Lemon who is coming off a long break and Quiero Bailar, the latter two being stablemates of Rocket Man.

On Friday the feature is an Open Benchmark 83 over 1600m AWT - it comes as race 7. Illuminado is one we have had our eye on for a while and are hoping this may be a good opportunity for him. Power Blitz is down in trip and he hasn't won yet on the AWT. Nandowra also comes into this well, and there are only 7 runners so choose anything for a fourth - maybe Superczar.
