While much of Japan's attention is on the Breeders' Cup there are two interesting G2s at Tokyo this weekend.
On Saturday the Keio Hai Nisai is for the 2yos (Nisai is Japanese for 2yo) is over 1400m.
According to the Morning Line favourite is Hish Aman, a son of Maurice, on 2.7. Next is A Shin Wand, by Discreet Cat on 3.8.
Slight gap back to the next picks which are Meaner Ticket by Danon Ballade on 8.0, the filly Lemon Balm, a daughter of Jo Capuccion, on 8.4 and Yankee Barows on 8.6, an Epiphanea product.
On Sunday there's the Copa Republica Argentina over 2500m and here Chrominance heads the call on 3.2 just ahead of Seleccion on 3.3. Savona, whom we like, is on 6.8 and Shonan Bashito 8.4 rounding up the single-figure priced horses.
