The Trial Files team look to find you a few for Saturday
Racing And Sports is pleased to introduce for punters the services from The Trial Files. Their team specialise in viewing Barrier Trials from Victoria, NSW and WA and analyse them for future race performances.
The Trial Files don’t just provide recommended selections but also provide a full trial review service which delivers information for all punters to use. They aim to educate people on trial information and stimulate wagering on those horses in the process.
Please find below some of their best for the weekend based on recent trials around the country.
1. Belmont Race 6 (9) Miss Chloetamash & (13) Sarabi
TRIAL COMMENTS
MISS CHLOETAMASH - went really nicely. Settled midfield and would have been 4-5L off the leader at the top of the straight. Let down really nicely under a hold from Jarrad Noske. The mare looks in great order.
SARABI - was clearly last on the turn and the widest runner coming home. Really sprinted well under only light urgings from Parnham. Nice performance.
SUMMARY
Solid pace here with OAKURST FLYER and THERE’SNONESOSASSY likely to speed across from out wide with MAGNUS MISSILE also driving up from a middle barrier.
OAKHURST FLYER has been a model of consistency lately running placings in her last 4 starts without getting the win. Generally she has drawn well and been able to take up a prominent position easily but today she will need to work from out wide to get across.
MAGNUS MISSILE returned from a long layoff with a bold front running performance at the midweeks two and a half weeks ago. Has the low weight after the claim for Chris Parnham but rises in class and won’t get the lead his own way today. Always must be cautious when they are second up off a long break as well.
NEED A LIFT is back after two months out and returns without a trial. Things didn’t go right for her in her most recent preparation and she will be hoping for improved luck today. Nice draw and should be able to settle forward of midfield. Query is that she probably needs the first up run resuming without the trial.
WIND AND A NOD has an ugly barrier and backs up after running unplaced as favourite in midweek company 10 days ago. On her day she is very good but seems to be very inconsistent. Can’t tip her from the barrier.
An interesting runner here is FLYING ZOE. The mare has ability on her day and is having her first start for the Durrant stable today after running for Dion Luciani only three weeks ago. Durrant has a knack of getting these types of horses to perform and he has removed the blinkers on her today. Should drop back in her typical pattern and be hitting the line.
MISS CHLOETAMASH put in a beautiful trial recently and is undefeated in her career to date. Think she gets a perfect run from barrier 3 in the first four to six behind the speed runners. With only 54.5kg and on the strength of her recent trial she is the one to beat here.
SARABI trialled well leading in but first two runs have been below par. Would not surprise to see a big run at odds.
LOW FLYING recent trial suggests she may need the run here while LEQUEST improved last start and gains the services of Paul Harvey today. Definitely include in multiples.
Think MISS CHLOETAMASH is a mare on the rise and happy to back her, especially if we can get each way odds. A small speck on SARABI if $25+ wouldn’t be the worst idea either.
