Stakes-winning three-year-old Sebring Sun indicated he had taken no harm from a busy spring campaign with a barrier trial win on Friday.
The colt is back in work to target the Magic Millions Guineas at the Gold Coast next month and looked good in winning his 809 metre heat at Warwick Farm.
Allowed to sit back and wide by Brenton Avdulla, Sebring Sun worked forward on the turn before sprinting strongly in the straight to win by 1.8 lengths over Tapavino.
Sebring Sun is on the third line of betting for the Magic Millions Guineas (1400m) with the TAB at $8.
The winner of the Listed Rosebud (1200m) during the Sydney spring, he was also Group 1-placed in the Golden Rose Stakes (1400m) and last raced when down the track on a wet surface in the Coolmore Stud Stakes at Flemington.
