Team Hawkes confirmed on Tuesday that Our Boy Malachi will not run in the 2016 All Aged Stakes at Randwick this Saturday April 16.

Thirteen entries were received for the 2016 All Aged Stakes on Monday but the trainers of at least five of those have indicated they will not accept.

Along with Our Boy Malachi, the Gerald Ryan-trained pair of Perignon and Bachman are both expected to miss the 2016 All Aged Stakes in favour of other races on the card.

Perignon will run in the 2016 HB Carr Stakes while Bachman lines up in the 2016 Hall Mark Stakes.

Chris Waller had entered four for the 2016 All Aged Stakes and while Press Statement and Kermadec are confirmed runners, stablemates Kool Kompany and Strawberry Boy are not expected to line up.

Acceptances for the 2016 All Aged Stakes will be taken on Wednesday morning.
