Winning Trainer: Brian McGrath

"This is probably one of the biggest wins (of his career). My mum and dad are here as well and all the other owners are here. Great thrill.

"I felt the pressure after that win five weeks ago and suddenly everyone was coming out of the woodwork to support. It was nice to not let them down and win again.

What a horse like this does for his confidence: "it's a good feeling. It's a great feeling and I think it is great for everyone that works for me as well for morale boosts and those sorts of things.

"He's probably a bit more seasoned now. Keeping the distances to sprinting is effective for him.

"I think he always possessed that ability and Brian has found the key to training him.

"From the time I got on him at the Cranbourne jump outs he appeared a nice horse and he hasn't put a foot wrong this prep and it is great to deliver for Brian and a big group of people here today."

1400m next (agreed): "For sure. In the early stages he relaxes so nicely and he might even enjoy a 1400 tempo better but what I loved today is her really hit the line strong so there's positive signs to go to '14'.
