Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays at Australian TAB meetings for July 19.
Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Scone, Pakenham Synthetic and Ipswich.
SCONE: RACE 4 @ 2:55 PM
INVINCIBLE WHIP (3) just peaked on his run when resuming at Newcastle. Is sure to have come on with that run under the belt and strikes an easier assignment. Leading player. TURBO CHARGED (10) is ready to make her return, last sighted shedding the maiden tag in fine style at Gilgandra. Strips fitter for few soft trials. Key threat first-up. GREAT SIEGE (2) has only been sound in his two resuming efforts but should find this a bit easier. Draws to get the gun run and should be an improver third-up. TAKING THE MIKKI (4) was a disappointing favourite at Muswellbrook last start. In the mix on best efforts and deserves to be kept safe.

IPSWICH: RACE 5 @ 3:08 PM
AUTUMN SONG (2) was beaten 1.5L here second-up and is ready to fire over the longer distance. He has more to give and Orman is booked and that's a decent push for his chances. VIKING BLOOD (15) is running out of chances but is going well enough to consider. JENNY'S ROSE (11) strips fitter after two runs this campaign. Finished fifth last start over 1890m at Toowoomba, an improvement in the first-up performance. Looks well placed to play a big role. SUPIDOCHARGED (14) fair effort last start, beaten 2.75 lengths into second over 1625m at Toowoomba. Solid chance with a repeat of that latest performance.

PAKENHAM SYNTHETIC: RACE 5 @ 3:30 PM
SIGNAL (2) resumed with a dominant win at Ballarat Synthetic in a BM64, scoring by three lengths. His second up record isn't quite as good but he's hard to beat off that effort. This looks a nice race for him. SCREAM (6) was a winner two back at Ballarat Synthetic over 1000m before rising in grade there last time and struggling. Out to 1200m is unknown but he's got good speed and should give a sight. LULU DARLING (1) resumes. Her best efforts are well up to winning this and she maps for a good run on speed. She likes synthetic tracks and can figure. STAR HONOUR (9) next best.
SELECTIONS: Signal to win.
PAKENHAM SYNTHETIC: RACE 7 @ 4:30 PM
SI SI MILANO (6) looks nicely placed. He's a lightly raced 3yo who was close up in fourth behind Blue Stratum here on debut which reads very well. He then won nicely over 1200m here last time out and looks even better placed out to 1400m. Rates highly. CHARMING DEEL (5) has had two runs back from a spell here and looks better suited out to 1400m now. Can improve sharply. NEW YORK SCANDAL (10) doesn't win out of turn with just his second victory from 25 starts last time out. If she can back that up she's in the mix. VONK (9) maps well and can give a sight. BENCOUVER (7) next best.
