Talented four-year-old Crown Lawyer appears well placed to make a winning return, when set to contest the seventh event at Ascot on Saturday.
A winner of five of his 17 starts, the son of Not A Single Doubt raced in good order last preparation, despite only collecting the sole victory.

Appearing to have trained off at his last start prior to a break, Crown Lawyer has since trialled very well off a break and looks well placed with the aid of Jordan Turner's claim.Crown Lawyer has placed in three of five attempts fresh and should enjoy a lovely run in transit from the middle draw.

In-form apprentice, "Smoking Joe" links aboard for the first time and is currently striking at 38% with the Simon Miller stable.From the inside draw, he is likely to take up the running and should have no trouble controlling the tempo.
