The Ben Pearce trained Money Maher gets the blinkers back on and shapes as one of the hardest to beat at Ascot on Saturday.
Due to contest the Listed J.C. Roberts Stakes [1800m], Money Maher wasn't beaten far first up before failing to really come into contention in the Lex Piper Stakes.
Race wasn't run to suit there and he did start 9/4 on that occasion, gets the blinkers back on and prepared to stick with him as he rates highly on his best form.Notably finished seventh in the Group 1 Kingston Town Stakes [1800m], only beaten 3.3L, form which leaves him well placed on Saturday.
His performance in winning the Listed Fairetha Stakes [1400m] last preparation was electric and while he will need the race run to suit, at his best he looks to have his rivals covered.Jarrod Noske is riding in good form and just hoping he can settle a bit closer to the speed on the weekend.
Close to 4-1 is being offered about his chances which appears a more than worthy gamble. In the fifth event the Chris Gangemi trained Floyd appears well placed to return to the winner's stall following a solid run first up.
Despite going down as favourite, Floyd wasn't marked far off his peak and is notably unbeaten racing second up.He has placed in six of seven attempts over this trip and looks to get all the favours from the inside draw.
Jarrad Noske sticks aboard (placed 7/9) and if able to pinch a few cheap sectionals, he should prove very hard to gun down.Best From The West
