We are really into the Winter scene now but hoping to find a couple of collects in SA on Saturday at fair prices.

While he didn’t win a race last Spring, Boggoms ran into some very decent horses.

Stakes winners Steel Frost and Dollar For Dollar won races where he was not far away but importantly he loves this circuit.

In his trial he left well and had to push on to find the front. He really wasn’t extended to win it.

Hoping he isn’t a long way off them because he can be very strong late with the limit weight.

A former UK horse could be the right play in the staying race on the card.

Hardington heads over from Victoria off a strong late win at Cranbourne.

He now seems fully acclimatised in his second preparation which is often when those horses improve.

Following a couple of decent efforts he really got home well last start. He was happy to take a sit on the fence relaxing well and when the pressure went on he quickly got mobile.

He’d love the sting out of the surface but it won’t be too firm anyway and just looks like the step up in ground will benefit him.
