Cracking day's racing at Ascot on Saturday with a number of key betting opportunities.

Bob Peters looks set for a big day and progressive filly Festival Miss appears well set up to take out the Listed Placid Ark Stakes [1200m].

Only lightly raced, she has been a key sectional star at both starts this time in and while beaten on both occasions, there has been plenty of merit in her performances.

She bumped into the smart The Ninth Hour first up before only narrowly edged out behind Lord Greystoke last start.

Having won on debut over 1200m, she is sure to relish the step up in trip and has drawn to get into a lovely spot for the Wizard.

When comparing time figures there is nothing between both her and Dance Music (at the weights) and hence she presents plenty of value on Saturday.

As much as 5-1 is being bet early doors about her chances, expect her to be a big firmer come Saturday.

With good speed engaged, she should prove very hard to hold out late.

In the Guineas, Arcadia Queen is all the rage and rightfully so.

Her performance last weekend in the WA Champion Fillies Stakes [1600m] was nothing short of top draw and she certainly sets a decent marker on Saturday.

The fillies have had a clear edge over the boys and Arcadia Queen is the highest rated winner of the event since Perfect Reflection in 2015.

She went on to win the Kingston Town Classic [1800m] and with all going well, Arcadia Queen is expected to measure right up in the WFA feature next month.

The inside draw should allow Pike to be fairly prominent (for her) and with good speed engaged, bad luck appears her only danger.

Don't think 2-1 will be available on Saturday, have her marked odds-on.
