Top jockey Todd Pannell will chase more success in the colours he wore to victory at Moonee Valley last weekend on Sportsbet Finals Day at Morphettville on Saturday.

Pannell will again be teaming with Murray Bridge horseman Michael Hickmott and Punt Road Syndications with Dyer in the Rebel Raider Final for three-year-olds.

"I think he'll run really good,'' Pannell said.

Dyer was an impressive winner on debut back in March and Pannell said a gear and change in tactics appears to be suiting the horse after his narrow defeat last time behind Dreams Fulfilled.

"I think we did the right thing riding him off the speed and before we had the blinkers on him and he just over did it that day at Murray Bridge (at his start prior),'' Pannell added.

"I'll ride him very similar again, I want to ride him off the speed and I think he'll be a chance in all be it a stronger race again,'' he said.

The Rebel Raider Final has a small but select field, with just one runner in the field marked at double figure odds, the Peter Hardacre-trained Immortal Blitz a $4 favourite ahead of three runners from the Richard and Chantelle Jolly stable.

Dancing Storm, with Manoel Nunes to ride, sits equal on the second line of betting at $5 alongside Karavas (Taylor Johnstone) while Jake Toeroek will ride $7 chance Pure Aqua who gets the blinkers for the first time.
