Reda Khadra will join French club Reims ahead of the new season.

The midfielder spent the past two seasons in the Championship as he completed loan spells with Blackburn, Sheffield United and Birmingham.

The 22-year-old made 62 appearances for the three clubs, scoring 10 goals in the process.

Khadra arrived at the Amex Stadium in October 2020 and made his only Premier League appearance in a 1-0 loss at Manchester City later that season.

Albion technical director David Weir said: "This is great move for all parties but most of all Reda as it gives him the opportunity of regular football."

Reims finished 11th in Ligue 1 last season and will kick off the new campaign away against Marseille on August 13.

The club's first home game of the season will take place a week later against Clermont Foot.
