Denis O’Regan became the first jockey to ride a winner at every UK and Irish National Hunt racecourse when guiding Fiveonefive to victory at Hereford on Monday afternoon.

Rebel Gold claimed a hard-fought success for trainer Patrick Foley in the Newlands Chase at Naas.

Denis O’Regan will have to wait at least another two weeks before having a chance at making a little history, after his three mounts at Hereford were beaten on Wednesday.
