Eva's Oskar and Our Power are looking to become only the second ever Welsh-trained Grand National winner and the first in 118 years when they line up for the Aintree showpiece next week. 

Eva's Oskar will line up in next month's Randox Grand National after being confirmed as the 40th horse in the field following the latest scratchings deadline for the Aintree showpiece.

Trainer Tim Vaughan will already have one eye on the Randox Grand National when Eva's Oskar lines up for the Vertem Eider Handicap Chase at Newcastle on Saturday.

Eva’s Oskar is now to be aimed at the Grand National as a minor knock has made his planned Coral Welsh National bid look unlikely.
