Magic Millions has negotiated the sale of notable G1 performer and sire Zizou to the Philippines.

Trainer Leslie Khoo turned in a most laudable training feat on Sunday when he produced promising galloper Easy Man first-up from a 14-month injury-induced spell to record a thumping win in the $35,000 Kranji Stakes D Division 1 race over 1100m on Polytrack.

After making Kranji racegoers sit up and take notice at his first two starts, the precocious Easy Man unexpectedly slipped under the radar for a year only to pop right back up this Sunday.

The $1 million Singapore Golden Horseshoe Series kicks off with the first leg of the six-race series this Friday, 8 March with the running of the “Magic Millions Rocket Man Stakes” at the Singapore Racecourse.

Trainer Michael Freedman has already shaken off his post-holiday blues as he gets back in the thick of the action at Kranji saddling two of his high-profile wards, Mr Big and Better Be The One in the $200,000 Group 3 Woodlands Handicap (1200m) on Polytrack this Sunday.
