Trainer Theo Kieser is pinning his hopes on two of his better 2012 performers to finally give his stable that much-needed kickstart to the season this weekend.

The much-awaited two-horse war between Mr Big and Yin Xin did not disappoint with the latter coming out on top courtesy of a gem of a ride by top jockey Joao Moreira on Sunday.

A marked drop in his book of rides combined with a timely offer from Switzerland will see French jockey Olivier Placais bow out of the Kranji scene very soon.
