Trainer Mike de Kock has dismissed Link Man's recent failure when last in the G1 Golden Horse Casino Sprint and predicts a big turn around in his form in the G1Rising Sun Gold Challenge over 1600m at Clairwood on Saturday.

After the running of the Group 1 Daily News over 2000m at Greyville on June 2nd, and the withdrawal of three horses, there have been significant movements on the Vodacom Durban July log as at June 5th.

With the final field of 20 for the R3 million, Group 1, Vodacom Durban July determined by the July log, the trainers eagerly await each update of the log to see whether their charges are secure of a starting position or in need of another run to prove themselves.

All the big guns have been entered for the R2,5 million J & B Met to be run over 2000m at Kenilworth on January 28 with the race given an international flavour with the entry of Chester Vase winner and Irish Derby runner-up Golden Sword.
