Eagle Farm racecourse is one of two metropolitan courses in Brisbane and has been Queensland’s major racing venue since the 1860s.

Eagle Farm recourse is located in the suburb of Ascot and is right adjacent to Brisbane’s other metropolitan racecourse at Doomben. The two courses are separated by Nudgee Road.

Racing at Eagle Farm was conducted by the Queensland Turf Club from 1863 until its merger with the neighbouring Brisbane Turf Club in 2009 to form the Brisbane Racing Club.

The Tattersalls Racing Club shares Eagle Farm with the BRC and holds one feature meeting each year in June as part of the winter carnival where they run the Tatts Tiara.
