“We bounced really well and I just wanted to get the horse a nice bit of cover, obviously it’s a long way down the straight. We got that and I had the opportunity to come up on the inside of Jagged Edge, I just wanted to get the horse moving early and it worked out really well.

“He’s a horse going through the grades and it’s great to see him tick off a Saturday win.”

“Wherever he is going he’ll take good improvement again. I’m really happy for the horse, he’s done a very good job today. I probably produced him a little but early and I think that’s a great credit to his run because he’s toughed it out and done a good job to win.
